others. Well the one that is ' more equal' is omega 3's obtained from
fish oil. I have been taking omega 3's for a while now but from
flaxseed. I will be switching soon but the question now is which brand
because as we know, some brands are 'more equal than others' I read
that Nordic Naturals are quite good but I am not sure if it is sold in
