What is Cardio training
Cardio is an important part of weight control as it burns excess calories and when performed on
an empty stomach early in the morning or about 2 to 3 hours after a meal, will directly
tackle your fat reserves. I use the exercise bike, elliptical trainer and light weights high reps to achieve
a good cardio work out.
